Birmingham-based photographer and mama of two, Mary Margaret sent us the most gorgeous photos of her kids, Aligood and Louis in some Baybala faves. We’ve long been enchanted with Mary Margaret’s beautiful photography (she’s photographed John Legend and Dave Matthews to name a couple!) and we were glad to hear her thoughts on the world right now.

Honestly, I’m kind of loving this quarantine. I love the slower pace of life and all the creative time we’ve been having. We spend a lot of time outside since it’s so pretty—reading, playing massive amounts of Go Fish, and our top favorite: watching movies outside once the sun goes down.
Of course we miss school, our friends, and really miss restaurants. We cannot wait to have a little bit of normalcy back, but for now it just feels like an adventure we won’t ever get to have again. So we’re just taking each day as it comes with super-low expectations and lots of possibilities.
